Shea Moisture, Manuka honey and Mafura oil Masque.

I purchased a couple of these sachets to trial these. They were on offer in Superdrug recently. They were marking down a lot of curly girl friendly products and social media groups were going wild for them!

I got myself a few different bits at bargain prices.

The bottles were cheaper than the Masques. At just a pound odd each! Thought, in for a penny, in for a pound! There’s nothing to lose at that cheap price!

Anyway, I adore this Masque as a deep conditioner, it’s lovely and thick, smells nice and seems to really work well on my curls.

A word of caution though…

Some people find that the oils and butters in the shea moisture range can be a little heavy on their hair. They can also cause problems with build up of product. Defeating the object of the curly girl method.

Whilst I made note of this, I have not noticed build up or heaviness. Actually, my hair seems to love oil and butters and give me much better defined curls and ringlets.

Typical of me, to work the opposite way!
