Hello again…

Apologies for the radio silence. Things have proved challenging on many levels since Christmas graced us. New years hit, traditionally a time of new beginnings, fresh starts and renewed vigour. Sadly, for me and mine this was not to be the case.

I got taken to hospital new years eve. From a wedding reception we were attending, with unknown severe abdominal pains and swelling. We were on appendicitis watch, but it has now proved not to have been that. It is still a mystery as to what happened. Five blood tests, an ultrasound scan, internal scan and a CT scan have still left us none the wiser. But, we live in hope to learn more soon.

Between that and a very nasty virus that has floored me, coupled with ill husband all my usual routines have flown out of the window.

Rest assured though, I am still following the curly girl method.

I will endeavour to start writing again on this topic, progress and developments.
