Way back in time…

I can’t even guess how old I am here. But not very!

Mum’s trick was to brush out my curls. Particularly for special occasions, photography days and maximum ridicule.

Unfortunately, it’s a learned behaviour as I too brushed out my curls when I began looking after my own hair. I promise to find some evidence for you soon!

Ok. This is quite sweet for the 70’s. But, it was a downward spiral to damage and unhappiness.
